This issue have been happened from iOS 12.2 to iOS 13.1.2.

1. This issue happen when I use audio app (e.g. Podcust, AccuRadio, exclude Apple music app).
2. When this isseu happened, I couldn't control the volume by volume buttons of Bluetooth headphone.
3. If I pushed Stop or Play button when the audio app play at the time this isseu happened, the audio app stoped and played the music of Apple Music app.
4. When this isseu happened, audio controler didn't show on Lock screen.
